Protester Kendrick Cutkelvin is allowed to use the load speaker in a Savannah police department SWAT vehicle to plea for a peaceful ending to a rally and march in honor of George Floyd on May 31, 2020, in Savannah, Georgia. Cutkelvin, along with 1,100 people attended a peaceful rally and march after the death of Floyd during his arrest in Minneapolis. Facing an 8:30 pm curfew, Police saw Cutkelvin as a leader who was imploring the crowd not to confront them and go home peacefully.
