Sweet Chestnut l. July 2020. During lockdown, life slowed right down. On my many walks, I noticed a grove of Sweet Chestnut trees. My intention was to anthropomorphise the trees and recreate the feelings that I experienced during self-isolation and a plasma donation; feelings of solitude, vulnerability and the unknown.
