38th & Chicago. June 2020. On May 25th, 2020, George Floyd was murdered in Minneapolis by Derek Chauvin, a Minneapolis cop at the corner of 38th & Chicago. People took to the streets, to the capitol, and a mural appeared on the side of Cup Foods.
