Rethink Food NYC Inc is a non-profit organization formed in 2017. Winston Chui along with Rethink partnered with Eleven Madison Park turing the space into a commissary kitchen.

Dianna, delivering food to elderly in the height of the pandemic at the Lower East Side Housing.

Food insecurity has been a problem for years in America, with the pandemic it shed light on the disparity of the food insecure. Dianna lives and a community activist in the Lower East Side Housing. Her and her housing volunteers would deliver food daily from Eleven Madison Park to the elderly in her complex during the spring and summer of 2020.
