The Wait, Morning. May 2019. A young woman is displaced in a series of surreal waiting rooms amidst travel, revealing a mania from contemplation, passivity and distortion of time. Here, the wait serves as a metaphor for the paradox of feminine poise, trapped in dichotomy between prim and primitive, grace and freedom, a bird in her own cage.
