Boy with Bat. July 2019. through this series of photographs, my intention was to capture the Cuban culture and the historical significance in religious clothing. The boy in this particular photograph is wearing all white, possibly revealing his initiation phase into the Santería religion. Looking back at this series, I came to understand that as human beings, we are all more similar than we are different.
