The Skaters of La Paz. March 2013. The culture and community surrounding La Paz, Bolivia’s growing skateboarding scene. Skateboarding showed up in the capital city about 10 years ago but the construction of Pura Pura Skatepark in 2014, the first skater built park has served as a catalyst for the scene.
