Paradise Burns. November 2018. Paradise, California, a small town in the Sierra foothills was not so peaceful on November 8, 2018. The Camp Fire roared through Paradise and decimated nearly 19,000 structures, took 86 lives, left 27,000 homeless and became the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in California history.
