Amongst the million dollar listings and Lamborghinis of Orange County, California, 15-20 men pay $10,000 several times a year for the honor of attending the boot camp style retreat where they are bound, gagged, degraded, and once driven to the point of physical exhaustion, subjected to teary emotional development.
