The Hunted. May 2017. “We are followed as if we are animals,” said Ricardo Carlitos, 23, a primary-school teacher in Mozambique’s Nampula region. His sister Elidia, who also had albinism, was kidnapped and murdered in September 2015. One of the abductors was caught with part of a bone three days later. Mr. Carlitos believes his brother-in-law was responsible for the murder.
