Prisoner Cell Block, Gadsden County Jail. Gadsden Finds God. February 2016. A poor rural county in the panhandle of Florida dramatically reduced it's crime rate by creating a partnership with local churches. The sheriff hired a full time preacher to minister to inmates in the county jail. Many inmates choose to be baptized while in jail.
