This region suffers from post war and genocide stress syndrome. Spark's work focuses on helping them create their own projects to improve their lives. I was invited to document Spark's work.

Spark's work focuses on helping them (the villages) create, implement and follow through their own projects which hopefully will lead them to continue improving their lives on their own. I was invited to document Spark's work with stills and video.
