Americana. USMC Capt. Matthew Phelps and Ben Schock tied the knot in a Seattle ceremony filled with laughter, tears, and gratitude on May 25, 2013. The two made history in December 2012 when Phelps proposed to his partner in what is believed to be the first same-sex engagement caught on camera at the White House.
