Love Is Not a Color Photograph
Midsummer in Sweden, Love Is Not a Color Photograph, June 2011, a personal project taken over the course of 2 years examining a long distance relationship with a Swedish ballet dancer. Whereas previous work focused on culture and social identity, this project accepts the limitations of the photograph to show the depth of the experience while also documenting unposed moments.
