Plastic Surgery, South Korea, The Beauty, Series uses the wounded or surgically altered body to show the power of societal pressure to conform to the idealized model of beauty. The women pictured in the Beauty project have recently undergone plastic surgery. The photos were taken directly after their operation while they were resting and waiting to be healed.
