Odaka, Japan, for the article "Inside the Danger Zone," April 11, 2011. Inside the twenty kilometer Exclusion Zone surrounding the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant. An undiscovered body lies in mud in the tsunami-ravaged area. There is no cleanup in the zone. Everything remains as the day of the tsunami.
