Nagano Soba, Open Harvest Japan, I accompanied the Open Restaurant art collective, a group of chefs and artists affiliated with Chez Panisse Restaurant to Japan to visit and connect with farmers and fisherman after the trauma of the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
