My painting depicts two sumo wrestlers colliding in a moment of impact. I wanted to capture the strength and intensity of this encounter through a soft and delicate approach. This contrast between delicacy and force explores the relationship between physicality and vulnerability. By freezing such an intense moment, I highlight the fragility of the body despite its strength. The figures press into each other with immense power, creating a sense of unpredictability and fleeting tension.
