The Men of Gaza
Painting inspired by Francesca Albanese’s observation that Gaza’s adult men are miscast as combatant, indicating the intent for indiscriminate killing. Atef Abu Saif restores their image as rescuers, doctors, fathers and mourners, who act in humanity even amid devastation and dehumanization.
