I was commissioned by writer Jay Ruttenberg in collaboration with Drag City to illustrate a children's book about the life of Joey Ramone. The aim was to take a vibrant, playful approach to visualizing music and create a visually compelling world for children to engage with, some of whom might be learning about the Ramones for the first time.
