The American Barbecue Map is the first ever visual representation of American barbecue culture in its entirety. The Map took two years and 375 hours of painting to complete, and was entirely painted by hand. The Barbecue map features 184 of the top American BBQ restaurants, from old school institutions to the new school leaders of the craft barbecue movement.
