Translated from Chichewa, the national language of Malawi, this title means "One head does not support the roof". Commissioned by Michigan State University, the painting commemorates the work and people involved in the Blantyre Malaria Project, started 40 years ago in Malawi. It hangs in the research ward of the Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre.
