Grumbofreezoid
Grumbofreezoid was created as an accompanying illustration for a short story I recently
wrote. The story revolves around a creature that returns home pretending to be one of the
protagonist's lost son but turns out to be something else. Inspired by Mayan iconography,
surrealism and experimental narratives, the illustration explores the idea of misalignment
something that looks familiar but feels wrong.
