Lynda. August 2020. A major emphasis for me in illustrating the 35th Anniversary Edition of "Wizard of the Pigeons," was to capture the sense of unease experienced by the protagonist as his experiences become more and more illusory. This picture came directly from the description: "The dark thing in the corner of the room sat up. Its single, glowing eye bored into him."
