Art Day for Children. September 2020. Campaign commissioned by the Flemish Government for the Art Day for Children celebrated every year on the third Sunday of November in Flanders. On that day, children can experience art for a whole day. The Art Day for Children is also on the Royal day. That is why all children receive a crown that day, like real kings and queens!
