Karantina 2064 . December 2014. Artwork illustrating an extract from the novel Women of Karantina by Nael el-Toukhy. Set in Egypt in 2064, three women discover that they share the same man and they hate each other as a result of this. They are revolutionary women though, so they have to forget their hate in order to fight together against the local power. Commissioned by Internazionale, an Italian weekly magazine.
