Veteran New York Post photographer William Lopez has been reunited with a long-lost personal piece of 9/11 history that he thought he’d never see again — and, notes the newspaper, he owes it all to an eagle-eyed stranger and a Reddit thread. Lopez had been given a plaque years ago featuring a slice of steel from the World Trade Center and a photo he captured at Ground Zero on 9/11—a shot of two FDNY firefighters embracing. Tech News: Tallying the Price Increases from Fujifilm and Nikon

In August, Nikon warned that it would be raising its prices in the US on September 1 due to tariffs, but the company didn't specify which products would be impacted. Now we know: DP Review  reports that prices for Nikon’s Z cameras are getting a significant price hike: The Nikon Z8’s list price has gone from $3,997 to $4297, for instance. Meanwhile, PetaPixel notes that Fujifilm’s cameras and lenses are now up to 9 percent more expensive after new tariff-induced price rises.    Read the full Story >>
