Underwater drones aren’t new, but ones equipped with the tools required for professional cinema use are quite uncommon—and that, notes PetaPixel, makes the Boxfish Luna interesting. The Boxfish Luna is equipped with a Sony Alpha7S III or Alpha 1 camera and what the company describes as a “precision optical dome” to allow filmmakers to capture underwater environments with “brilliant clarity.” The imaging system is capable of shooting up to 8K as well as 4K ProRes RAW video and can shoot 50-megapixel stills from its underwater chassis.

We thought you’d like to know: The arts and culture sectors represented more than $1 trillion of the US economy in 2021 and accounted for a record portion of country’s overall economic value, per new data from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Bureau of Economic Analysis looking at the economic health of 35 industries within the arts. According to the report, between 2020 and 2021, the total economic value contributed by arts and cultural industries increased by 13.7 percent, vastly surpassing the gains of the wider US economy, notes Art News.

But French photographer François Prost was looking for something altogether different during his recent road trip across America, notes CNN. From Miami to Los Angeles, Prost's latest book Gentlemen's Club charts his route across the US via nearly 150 strip clubs. There’s no nudity: Prost instead looks at American culture by documenting the buildings themselves.
