In some of the first litigation to scrutinize the nature of digital assets sold on the blockchain, a jury has decided that NFTs aren’t necessarily art, notes The New York Times. The case in point involved artist Mason Rothschild's NFT project “MetaBirkins”—digital versions of Hermès Birkin handbags. Hermès sued Rothschild, arguing that the company’s trademark was being diluted and that potential consumers might be fooled into buying the unaffiliated virtual goods. Jurors awarded Hermès $133,000 in total damages and found that Rothschild’s NFTs were not protected speech.

The exhibition “Hip-Hop: Conscious, Unconscious,” on view through May 1 at the Fotografiska museum in New York, charts the history of hip hop from its origins in the Bronx in the early 1970s through five decades of growing cultural influence, culminating with images of the biggest names working in hip-hop today. “Hip-hop is about people,” says journalist and director Sacha Jenkins, who curated the exhibition with photo director Sally Berman. The show features over 200 photographs and across two floors. “It’s a lot to squeeze in,” Berman tells MTV.

DJI’s newly announced Mini 2 SE is an entry-level palm-sized camera drone that comes with a lower price tag than other models in the Mini lineup, notes DP Review. The drone features a Type 2.3 (6.3 x 4.7mm) CMOS sensor that captures 12MP stills, 2.7K video and up to 4X digital zoom, but lacks the 4K capabilities of the Mini 2. Set to arrive on March 22, it will retail for $369 (drone only), or as part of DJI Mini 2 SE Fly More Combo, which adds a carrying case, extra batteries, spare propellers and accessories for $519.
