Actress Lisa Rinna has settled a $1.2 lawsuit after posting images of herself on her Instagram account without prior permission, reports PetaPixel. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had shared a series of pictures featuring herself and her two adult daughters that were taken paparazzi photographers represented by photo agency Backgrid, which filed suit. Rinna fought back, asking a judge to reject Backgrid’s claims on the grounds that the photo agency had “effectively ‘weaponized’ the Copyright Act.” Read the full Story >>
