Delaware-based company Trexo Innovation says its newly announced Trexo Slider, now being crowdfunded at Kickstarter, is the world’s most compact camera slider designed with modern-day content creators in mind, notes PetaPixel. The motorized mini slider is designed to handle everything from DSLR and mirrorless cameras to smartphones, adds DIY Photography. Unlike many other sliders on the market, the Trexo Slider does not use a belt-operated system. Instead, it relies on a lead screw. To call Cunningham underrated or overlooked might be inaccurate; despite the meager money she made, she’s rightly considered among the 20th-century greats. Still, her name doesn’t ring as familiar as that of, say, Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, or Dorothea Lange, notes Artnet News, which spotlights a major retrospective of Cunningham’s work at the J. Chinese drone giant DJI said it will temporarily suspend business in Russia and Ukraine to ensure its products are not used in combat, reports Reuters. This makes DJI the first major Chinese firm to cite the conflict in halting sales in Russia. In contrast to the many Western firms that have pulled out of Russia to protest its invasion of Ukraine, Chinese companies have stayed there, in line with Beijing's stance of refraining from criticism of Moscow over the conflict.
