A year ago, for the first time in American history, a mob stormed the halls of Congress, intent on halting the 2020 election certification. Five people died as a result and more than 150 were injured during the attack on the Capitol. A new exhibition at the Bronx Documentary Center uses photographs, video and multimedia to examine in detail the events of January 6th, 2020, seeking “to put forth a historical record of events” and to “shed light on the deep cleavages in our nation.” The exhibition runs from Jan. 29 to March 20.
