But sexism, increasingly, seems less and less marketable, notes HuffPost, pointing to an initiative launched last month at the Cannes Lions festival in France: Some of the world’s largest companies and advertising agencies announced a new program to banish gender stereotypes from advertising. The Unstereotype Alliance is a partnership between U.N. Women and several major global companies, including Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Mattel and Diageo.
