The Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting has announced a $5.5 million Rainforest Journalism Fund “focused on raising public awareness of the urgent environmental issues facing the world’s tropical rainforests,” notes PDN. As part of the five-year initiative, The Pulitzer Center plans to support approximately 200 new reporting projects.
