Tech News: A 360-Degree Cam You Wear On Your Wrist

Add to the growing number of cameras that shoot 360-degree images Singapore-based Spacemap’s Beoncam, now being crowdfunded at Indiegogo. This one is a little different from the rest: It comes housed inside an “elegantly designed, sleek wristband.” A gyroscope sensor orients the position of the camera when a photo is taken, capturing 5-megapixel images and video up to 1,200 x 1,200 in resolution. It switches between 190-degree and 360-degree orientation and shoots in modes including burst, time lapse, and loop recording, notes Digital Trends.
