Pencil It In: The Party & Big Talk
There’s hardly a golden leaf in view but it’s Fall and so it’s time to mark your calendar for two big events the first week of November: The Party and the Big Talk, hosted by AI-AP.
This year the Big Talk celebrates animation art in all its forms in a presentation on Wednesday, November 2 from 7-9 pm. Held once again at the SVA Theatre, Big Talk 2016 symposium presents a screening of the Int'l Motion Art Awards 5 winning projects in categories Live Action, Animation, Motion Graphic and Student Work in all categories. Join us to celebrate the winning IMAA5 projects followed by a discussion with filmmakers Ben Moon and Paul Trillo, moderated by Jeff Lee from Abelcine. Reception to follow. The PARTY brings the creative community together to celebrate the winners in AP32, AI35, Latin American 5 and the Int'l Motion Art Awards 5 competitions. Festivities include the launch of the two books, Latin American winners Los Diez exhibit and an encore screening of the Int'l Motion Art Awards 5 winning projects. Open bar and light food included.
